Andrew Miner creates the ultimate garage AKA “Man Cave”
The client requested over 4,000 square foot commercial space be designed to house his automobile collection and also function as a place for relaxing and socializing. Some may call the space a sophisticated “Man Cave”, however, the client being a family man, we found it important to incorporate a game room, lounge feel into the design concept.
Land is at a premium.
The builder must maximize space to create the ideal environment.
