WATCH: Million Dollar Rooms Italian Piazza

6 Shoreview Dr in ultra-exclusive Pelican Point is a true legacy property, encompassing two estates with a combined living space of over 19,000 square feet on 31,674 square feet of exceptionally private ocean-view land. An all-star cast of design and construction talents converged to create this luxurious estate, including renowned architect David Ko, Andrew L. Miner General Contractor Thurston Boyd’s interior design, and master theater designer, Theo Kalomirakis. This once-in-a-lifetime estate blends classic Italian architecture with stylish California coastal elements, luxurious indoor rooms with glorious gardens and quiet spaces for reflection, and incredible amenities for large-scale entertaining. In total, the two homes offer 8 bedrooms and 19 baths, and each features a chef’s kitchen, spacious living and dining areas, private offices/libraries, sumptuous ocean view master suites, designer interiors, elevators, and Smart Home technology. Other highlights include two state-of-the-art theaters with D-Box motion technology.
